Reviews and Ratings
I had high hopes for my stay at Hotel St. Helena, especially given its fantastic location in the heart of town, surrounded by amazing restaurants. However, the experience fell short due to multiple issues, including unexpected room fees and a lack of cleanliness. While the staff did accommodate my late check-in request, the dirty conditions, and poor overall management made my stay quite disappointing.
I enjoyed my stay at Hotel St. Helena, primarily due to its unique historic charm and wonderful hospitality. The traditional decor transports you back in time. However, the lack of modern amenities, such as an elevator and effective air conditioning, can be a drawback, especially during warmer nights. 🏨🌟
I recently stayed at Hotel St. Helena and overall, my experience was a mix of charm and frustration. The historic ambiance and location were certainly appealing, but I had significant issues with customer service that left a negative impression.
My stay at Hotel St. Helena had its ups and downs. Check-in was a breeze with a cheerful front desk staff, and my bed was surprisingly comfy. However, the room was quite small for the price, and there were certainly some maintenance issues that caught my attention. Overall, the charm of the hotel shines through, but improvements are definitely needed.
The location of Hotel St. Helena is fantastic, right in the center of the Main Street shopping district and surrounded by great restaurants. However, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues and a lack of staffing support. I felt the hotel had charm but needed serious updates and attention to hygiene.
